In fact, after this course, most students choose to purchase the Win The Day program to put their newly learned skills to the test.
If you are seeking to improve your swimming technique, whether that be the Freestyle Stroke, Eggbeater, Buddy Tows or Underwaters, the Perfect Form MasterClass (taught by both Cody AND Vince in a Video Class) is also one of our most popular courses.
NOTE: Access to a fully equipped gym and a pool is crucial for most of these exercises. Also, before purchasing any of the water equipment listed above, make sure to check what gear is already available for public use at your local pool.
Unlike some of our other challenging courses, the Hold Your Breath program can be obtainable for any DISCIPLINED individual, even if starting from scratch. That said, this is an 'interactive' class which will require you to put in work.
The drills found within this course however can be quite challenging as they are designed to replicate Elite Military style training and Intermediate to Advanced Free Diving workouts. For those drills, it is expected that you can complete a 25yd underwater swim.
If you struggle to meet these standards, it is possible to adjust the numbers found in the drills portion of this class to your level.
