Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), Cody Wright, has trained 100's of candidates to prepare for the most elite military schools. This is a monthly program that includes pool, weights, calisthenics, water confidence and aerobic conditioning. 5-6 workouts each week.
How it Works

Comprehensive Training
Our program covers all aspects of lifesaver fitness: pool, weights, calisthenics, water confidence and aerobic conditioning. This holistic approach will help you develop the strength, stamina, and agility needed to excel on land and in water. Cody's workouts use the tenants he has learned as a rescue swimmer and CSCS to create a unique approach to training for first responders and first responder wannabes. Beginner and advanced workouts for each day.
Expert Guidance
Cody Wright (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and active USCG Rescue Swimmer) writes each workout and hosts a monthly zoom meeting to talk training.

Here are a few answers to our most common questions
Each week a new set of workouts will be uploaded onto our coaching platform. After completing workouts, you'll be able to mark completed exercises and make comments for Cody to review/answer questions.
Cody recently earned his CSCS certification. He can work to improve your strength, endurance, power and water confidence.
How to Hold Your Breath and Perfect Form MasterClass, are powerful tools to educate yourself while working with Cody.
If you're currently using one of our workout programs however (Win the Day, Train Like a Rescue Swimmer, 1.5 mile Run Training), then you will put those on hold for the duration of your private training.
This is largely based on your needs. However, if you're training for military schools, you'll want all of the typical running and weight training workout clothing/shoes along with pool gear including a pair of fins/booties, mask/snorkel, dive brick.

This isn't required to work with Cody, but it may be needed if you're training for specific schools!
Each day has a beginner version and advanced of the same workout. If the beginner is too hard, you can scale down the intensity by changing the duration and rests of exercises. If you aren't sure how to do this you can reach out and we will help.
